Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Telecallers with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in telecalling or telesales and be proficient in multiple languages. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a key role in driving interest, qualifying leads, and booking consultations for our business setup services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement:
– Call potential clients to introduce Leela International’s corporate services.
– Understand customer needs and schedule consultations with the sales team.
2. Lead Qualification:
– Gather key information about prospects and assess their interest and readiness.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and conversations.
3. Multilingual Support:
– Communicate fluently in multiple languages to cater to a diverse client base.
– Assist in bridging language gaps to enhance client comfort and understanding.
4. Follow-Ups & Relationship Building:
– Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged.
– Build rapport and trust with potential clients through a friendly and professional approach.
5. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
– Share insights and feedback from client interactions to improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
– Proficiency in multiple languages (English required, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or other regional languages are a plus).
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Goal-oriented and self-driven with a positive attitude.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is an advantage.
